Hi everyone, I'm Dr. Falon Nicole! I'm the lead coach (and older one) in our sister duo! Paige and I have always dreamed of combining our passions and talents to work together to help others and we're so excited you are considering us to be a part of your story! A little bit about me...I've completed a few degrees and most recently completed my PhD in Counseling and Student Personnel Services in 2018 from the University of Georgia. I've been working in higher education for the last 10 years enhancing the lives of college students whether that be through supporting them through a crisis, changing their major, choosing a career path or applying to jobs and graduate school. I've got a lot of really hilarious AND major success stories! As the big sister, I've supported Paige through a variety of life challenges and transitions, many related to being a nurse! And on the reverse, she's supported me through some major personal transitions in my life that effected my work, my confidence, motivation and ultimately made me question everything; something many relate to! We believe our experiences of both the joys and challenges of life and career have led us to creating spaces for others to help make changes in their lives.
